I believe the incorporation of &quot;eye to eye&quot; contact with the instructor (as well as other classmates) through their web camera functionality helps to engage the learner in the lesson.  I believe they also feature some of the items you pointed out, but it&#039;s all about being comfortable with the platform you choose.  It&#039;s good there are a few options out there to choose from.</description>
